Product Features:
Puspasari and her husband wish to preserve a particular aspect of Balinese culture, and so dedicate themselves to the weaving of baskets. The Balinese are renowned for their beautiful baskets, which have become an essential part of everyday living, including religious life. Puspasari and her husband specialize in making offering baskets for temple ceremonies. They weave a variety of baskets from bamboo and palm leaves. Sometimes they enhance the baskets with painted motifs.
