With the artisan background in mind, Le Souk Ceramique strives to keep the spirit alive by continuing to make all ceramics by hand. All our artwork is done free-hand, meaning no decals, stencils, tracing or machine painting is used. The handcrafted nature of this product will produce minor differences in design and sizing. Subtle variations will occur from piece to piece, adding to its unique qualities.
What is Worldstock?
Each item is painted entirely free-hand. The handcrafted touch of artisan skill creates variations in color, size and design. If buying two of the same item, slight differences should be expected. Note: Color discrepancies may occur between this product and your computer screen.

fish bowls and plates
My daughter and I love these. The 2nd set of plates that I recently bought were slightly larger and flatter than the set I bought last year. And they have slight flaws, and variations in the design from plate-to-plate or bowl-to-bowl. They are also light, but strong. My daughter remarked how she likes the differences in the painted glaze, the slight flaws, even the slight variations in shape and size, because that shows they are not machine-made, but made by people, by artists. The bowls are great too, although it would be nice if the interior of the bowl was also painted, instead of white.

Cute bowls
The shipping was fast, and the bowls were expertly packed with tons of paper. The bowls were beautifully designed and accurately represented in the photos. Beautiful vibrant colors, a great addition to my plate and bowl sets that are pretty plain in color. Highly recommended!

Aqua Fish Bowls
I am delighted with these dishes. The colors are bright and fresh. The bowls are the perfect size for morning cereal, dinnertime soup or ice cream dessert. They seem to handle the dishwasher and everday "wear and tear".
