The walls are crafted from Flex Board, a durable, water resistant material. The artisan then hand cuts and sows fabric atop the flex board to ensure that the stripes are perfectly aligned and the material is snugly fit. During all stages of manufacturing, the product is tested not just for its durability against moisture and wear and tear, but also that all dies used contain no harmful chemicals to the environment or any employee handling them. Constructed by workers in China, the factory offers not only fair labor employment, but operates in the most environmentally sustainable way possible.
