Story Behind the Art:
The owner of Unique Ceramics of Accra, Ghana, Happy Kufe received an education in ceramics production at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, the capital city of the Asante region. Happy shares his knowledge freely by offering ceramics workshops to the general public, elevating the quality of Ghanaian ceramics through this gift to the community. At the Unique Ceramics workshop in Accra, more than 20 ceramics artisans craft stylish modern African ceramics from high-fired clay. From giant pots nearly as tall as a man to small accent vases decorated with Krobo sand beads, the selection of high quality wares available at Happy?s workshop boggles the mind and demonstrates the talent of Ghana?s contemporary ceramics workers.

Interesting pottery
Nice conversation pieces. Have bought them as a present to someone who appreciates good and interesting pottery.
- Did the color match the color displayed onsite? Not exactly, my pottery was a darker bluish color

Beatifully Unique
I just love these. Eveyone that sees them comments on them. Haven't figured out what I will put in them (if anything) Various dried grasses would be awesome with dried lavender ...that would pop out the purple that is there.
- Did the color match the color displayed onsite? I don't really see much Purple? It doesn't matter ....they are gorgeous.
