First they came in the wrong color. I thought I'd be receiving the multi colored aqua glass with bits of orange and brown, but was very disappointed to open and pull out these extremely small and all brown fake plastic looking things. Not worth the money, can find better stuff at cheap big box stores.
I ordered the blue votives - they are quite lovely. The cut glass is very unusual and adds great dimension and interest. I burn tea lights in the votives, and the subdued glow is just what I was looking for. Plus, the votives look great on their own during the day with no candles at all. I am very pleased with this purchase.
- How is the quality of the product? good
These votive candleholders are beautiful and I appreciate them even more since they are made from recycled materials. One disadvantage I've found is that the glass may have some sharp edges, so should be handled carefully and kept out of reach of children even when not in use.
These look to be quite fragle. When they were received there was "glass shavings" throughout the package. I wondered how they even got here in one piece. While I bought them to use, not as a votive light, I would question their safety if used as a votive light. I bought them to use as a container, which I presumed based on their sight on line, that their weight would be light. They are not light to hold, hence, I will plan to find another use for them.
