Story Behind the Art
Birus artisan groups is located in Jodphur, india. This city is also known as the Sun City and is in the state of Rajhastan. This group works with only reclaimed wood collected from around India, and employs around 30 artisans. The art and talent they share have given them the opportunity to create wonderful pieces, which give them the opportunity to increase their income.

these look like antiques!
These are hanging on my wall in a space that needed to be filled up. My house is full of wood and earthy so these fit in nicely. I laughed though when an elderly woman came to my house and asked, "What do those forks mean?".
