As a child, Shikha Singh would absorb images from all the fashion magazines available. 'I wanted to pursue this love of fashion, and took a course in merchandising. I had the opportunity to work for Tarun Tahiliani, India's premier designer. When I got married I moved to Delhi, and this became my chance to do something of my own. I decided to create exquisitely handmade embroidered bags because it was something different, and not many people have done it yet.'
