The fabric of these curtains are weaved on a hand-loom in a small rural village in India and then hand-dyed. The artisans are a group of young hand-crafters who have moved from small villages to a big town in Central India and make various home decor items out of these exotic sari fabrics. This gives these wonderful artisans a way to have sustainable income via selling to the worldwide market on the internet. Your purchase supports local and home-based work where the artisans can easily tend to their families and pass these time-honored skills from one generation to the next.

Beautiful curtains
These curtains are more beautiful in person than they are in the picture. I love them. They are also wrinkle free. Took them out of the package and hung them up . They look gorgeous and I love them. One of my favorite purchases.

Beautiful curtains
These sari panels were the perfect dressing for my patio doors. The fabric has a beautiful sheen as it filters light from outside and the goldwork is simply stunning. I couldn't be more pleased.

Everyone who sees them loves them!
The fabric is smooth and rich. The metallic gold border is elegant. The rod pocket is plenty wide. They are a little stiff to begin with, but they seem to be softening as time goes by. Everyone who's seen them since I hung them gasps at how beautiful they are.

Just as I had hoped...
I was very pleased with the color which was just as shown. Perfect match with the comforter set I had ordered. Love the look against the wall color and even though fabric is light weight they block the light a good amount. Very pleased.
