Story Behind the Art:
Francisco and Argentina's daughter Nyla Eliza was born with hydrocephaly. She passed away when she was 10 years old. They founded Asociacion ADISA in her honor. What first began as a support group for parents and children with special needs, ADISA has now become an association that provides education so that children can join mainstream schools. Youngsters adore making recycled paper crafts so they may eventually have a craft when they are too old to attend ADISA.

decorative bowl blows me away
I was leary buying this thinking it was going to be some flimsy bowl, but it's not, it's really a very cool bowl and a great conversation piece. I have it sitting in my living room with photographs in it so any one can pick up a pile of pics and browse through them, but people end up talking more about the bowl! It took a long time for delivery, but the description indicated that right from the beginning. I might have to buy a few more to spread them around the living room
