I was leary buying this thinking it was going to be some flimsy bowl, but it's not, it's really a very cool bowl and a great conversation piece. I have it sitting in my living room with photographs in it so any one can pick up a pile of pics and browse through them, but people end up talking more about the bowl! It took a long time for delivery, but the description indicated that right from the beginning. I might have to buy a few more to spread them around the living room
