Story Behind the Art:
This product was created in Northwestern India. Once the British removed its armed forces from the region in the late 40s, a majority of the industries available for the local economy disappeared with them. People went back to the traditional crafts and furniture manufacturing that they had known for generations. Several hub cities of industry have flourished, creating numerous, sustainable, and stable jobs for the people of the surrounding villages, to augment the time in between harsh growing seasons.

Rustic but nice
This is a very nice table and it is exactly what we were looking for our patio. The table is very rustic (seems to be made by artisans) and has imperfections, but for us was perfect. I just essambled it (very easy indeed) and looks beautiful even though the imperfections I mentioned before. The benches are beautiful and very well made. We found a pair of umbrella cushions that match exactly with our pool chaise lounges and it looks spectacular.

My dream table
I always wanted to own a reclaimed wood dining table but the ones I saw were too expensive. When I saw this one on OS I felt like my dream came true. And it was a bonus for it to come with the benches (3 people can fit comfortably in each one). Now we can invite our friend/family for dinner. Very easy to put together. I love my table!
