Story Behind the Art:
Polish Stoneware originates from a village in Poland named 'Boleslawiec', a.k.a. 'World Famous City of Ceramics' located on one of Europe?s oldest royal trade routes and famed for their warm hospitality, rich traditions and unique pottery productions. 750 years of tradition go into each piece. Hand-painted with the traditional 'hand stamp' technique, famous 'white firing' clay (indigenous to the region), patented glazes, and firing techniques, make each piece a work of art.
