I collect village rugs This one stood out as very unusual in its grafic pattern did not realize being from Iran had cotton warp and weft which makes for a sturdy rug although this one will be hung I was very pleased with it

It is a beautiful rug and I have kept it but it is NOTHING like the picture on the website!!! It is much more black than red! It has a thick rich texture and I like it.

I love this rug! I ordered this one and a larger one with a different pattern from Overstock. I specifically wanted all wool Persian rugs because I have sloppy dinner guests and a large dog. The rugs arrived almost instantly. The other larger rug in a different pattern went under the diningroom table. The colors are cheery and brighten the rooms. Best of all they've taken a lot of abuse already and it's impossible to tell! My German Shepherd absolutely loves this rug and has abandoned his usual bed. He's done everything a dog can do to a rug short of chewing it to pieces. My dinner guests have spilled wine on it. It's impossible to tell. The rug cleans easily and looks beautiful, as if I just rolled it out of the package.
