The mirror arrived intact and well packaged and the colors (brown) were true. However, when we went to hang it, we discovered that the center hook was not actually centered so the mirror will not hang straight. Not even close. It's about 1/4 inch off. This required a trip to the hardware store to customize the hook so it would hang right. This sorta thing--having to go out to a store to get it right-- defeats the purpose of on-line shopping

I purchased this mirror after a long search for the perfect item for my entryway. The mirror is great! It's well made and much heavier and more substantial than I expected. I previously ordered another set of mirrors from a different company for this purpose, and I was very disappointed when they arrived; they were cheaply made. So, when I received the painted glass mirror, I was extremely pleased. Also, the picture is an accurate representation of the product. Great mirror, very versatile!
