The first thing you should know is- the 9.25 silver tag marking is near the clasp so ignore the review claiming its not marked. Gorgeous silver piece. It's larger than I expected and it is a lovely piece to add to your jewelry colletion.

I gave this necklace 3 stars because it is not marked that it is silver anywhere on the clasp or tear drop. I wanted to buy the necklace for two years and I do love it. However if it isn't marked with the .925, is it really silver? I probably will take it to my jeweler and see what he thinks. If it is onyx and .925 sliver then I would rate it a solid 5 stars. If it isn't silver, the finish will wear off and then it will not be worth 2 stars.
