Story Behind the ArtThese magazine racks are handmade out of 100 best mango wood, lidi, and black fabric. There are many artisans for this product as well as many other Indonesian products. For these wonderful magazine racks, a small village in a remote area in Bali, Indonesia handmake these and sell them to us (importer) so that the money that is made helps support their living, family, and expenses. The village depends on us (importers and consumers) to purchase these magazine racks to help them survive, be able to help raise their children and hope that they have better lives. The area is very poor but the people are very happy and content with what they have taking nothing for granted. They don't need more or less to survive.
