small but lovely
I was surprised the other reviewer only gave this bowl 3 stars because I love mine. But when I read the review, I have to agree; the bowl is not as large as some bowls. I don't think I'd call it family size unless your family is two adults and two small children. It certainly would strain to hold four large salads that need to be tossed without having lettuce flying out everywhere. But the variation in color, the style, the carving, the handles are all exquisite. I oil mine with coconut oil every once in awhile. It is so lovely I often keep it out on the chopping block with fruit in it. For the price, it's a robust, attractive, quality piece!
