This arrived in excellent condition (very well packaged). Love it, but the color isn't even close to what is shown. Color says "mustard", but is much more yellow/gold in color.

The Color was more Gold than Yellow. Also I had to place more pads on the bottom so it wouldn't scratch my wood floor. The paint varied lighter in some areas.

I bought two of these garden stools to use as tables/extra seating on our patio. They were considerably less expensive than all of the other garden stools on Overstock. They are very nice, substantial, and beautiful stools that look great on our patio. The only drawback is that they are more of a yellow gold than a mustard color -- much brighter than I would expect mustard to be. But I love them anyway, and I figure that I can always paint them if I get tired of the color. All in all, I think they were a good buy and I am pleased.

Such a great piece! Is a little more yellow that in the photo, but that is good thing. The stool works in our home. Great addition. Shipping was fast and the stool came in great shape. I love Overstock.com

I have bought a few of these and this one was priced extra good and had a great gold-yellow color that worked well in our Living Room in our house in AZ......I use them as side tables inside and out....They are eye catching and bring up a conversation more often than not.....Made out of china and quite heavy for their size......Think I have 5 of these guys and really enjoy them.....Good deal!!!!!

I liked the idea of the garden stool, it arrived totally intact, extremely well packaged, and quite heavy, deserves the extra shipping costs. My only disappointment is with the color: I was hoping for something more "mustard" than 'yellow', guess it depends on what flavor mustard you are accostumed to using. I wish I would have returned it for one of the other colors available, but didn't want to go through the re-packing etc.

I bought this stool to sit under a console table (to hide the electrical outlet and cords). It fit perfectly in the spot, looks great and can be pulled out and used as an extra seat or table as needed. As others have mentioned, the colour is more of a honey gold than what it appears in the photo. Good value and quick delivery. The packaging was quite good so no worries getting something fragile like this shipped.

I would not recommend this to a friend if they wanted mustard yellow. The stool is gold lame'. It is not shiny gold like gold jewelry, but like gold fabric. It has a rough surface not glossy like enamel because there is an overspray of gold. The stool is growing on me but this is not mustard yellow or orange like the picture. I do love Overstock !

I just love this design and you can use it for so many things from end table to seat to plant holder. Inside/outside.......so took the plunge and I am very pleased. The color is more gold than mustard but still appealing. IT IS HEAVY! A tiny bit smaller than others I have seen but well constructed. Good purchase.

I like the garden stool a lot. I bought it for my recently remodeled contempory bathroom, which has an Asian look. It's bright gold, not mustard and a bit garish. I'm going to put a rust or burnt amber glaze on it to drab it down a bit. I think it adds a lot of interest.

I saw this exact item in a design store, and they were charging $426. I think this yellow will be lovely with the garden greens, but since it's spending the winter in the basement, I don't know how it will hold up against the seasons yet. It didn't come with any info at all as to whether it can withstand freezing, so I'm going to play it safe and move it indoors in winter. It has a nice slightly iridescent sheen to the glaze and is solid and heavy. I love it and I love how much money I saved getting it at Overstock. The best things in my yard have come from here.

The stool I received is an orange gold metallic ... the color of the sunset. I bought two, one in the brighter green and, I prefer the clear glaze to the metallic. However, I am pleased with the look of this in an earthtone bath, with an ocean sunset theme ... stunning.

I bought this stool to use as extra seating and to fill an empty corner. It does the job! The color is actually more of a gold then a mustard, which works well for me. I have received lots of complements on it.

Solid piece, very pretty. Glaze is slightly more metallic than pictured.

the oriental theme and bright color are good looking, it is a solid piece, heavy it will be perfect for an extra seat in a small room or even a bed side or chair side table i think you could also use it as a plant stand I did get the solid color yellow, it is not a big bird yellow it is more towards mustard packaged well no injuries
