Many Italians immigrated to Brazil in the early 20th century, including families from the island of Murano near Venice. Antonio Carlos, This leading art glass designer in Brazil, was taught directly by Aldo Bonora, the first Italian master to arrive in Brazil from Murano Island. Iffy Purchase
Though beautiful,, the glass on mine had a couple of imperfections, namely a tiny bump and a couple of scratches and for $100, I couldn't overlook it.. Returned the item. Didn't want to chance a replacement. As always, shopping at Overstock is a hit or miss gamble. This time, a miss.
