This piece is made by a small supplier group in a small family owned workshop outside of Metro-Manila. The organization offers living wages and continuing education/training while ensuring that everyone has access to quality housing and healthcare. Artisans sit together in a large open air facility and chat as they make lamps and home decor pieces together each day. All of the natural materials are gathered from local farms in which the same worker standards are enforced.
