Story Behind the Art:
Ceramic tagines are exquisite examples of Moroccan artisanship. Our imported tagines are hand-formed by artisans in Safi, Southern Morocco. Tagine is historically Berber dish from North Africa that is named after the special earthenware pot in which it is cooked.
The handcrafted touch of artisan skill creates variations in color, size and design. If buying two of the same item, slight differences should be expected. Note: Color discrepancies may occur between this product and your computer screen.
