'My name is Anchalika Chamnan, I come from northern Thailand, which is considered to be the gate to Burma, Laos, and China. My hometown is renowned as a trading town and my family and relatives are involved in different types of trading. At present I am studying geography at the university but when I go home I stay with my aunt, since she works in the textile trade.
'I am glad that we will have the chance to display our work to the world. To show more work is not only a channel for us to earn more, it means we can have the opportunity to support people from our village by offering them more work.'

Miracle Earth Hemp Shoulder Bag from Thailand
I have been using this bag nearly everyday since its arrival. I had been tempted to buy it for a few months, and I am sorry it took me so long! It is perfect for Spring and Summer, made of hemp, so it looks and feels similar to a larger fiber unbleached linen. The colors of the decorations are vibrant against the natural grain of the material. It is a great size, too: it's not huge and cumbersome, which really doesn't go with the feel of the season, the material matches other Spring and Summer feeling fabrics, and it's big enough for sunglassed, cell phone, a compact and lip glass, as well as a wallet, Other smaller seasonal bags are so tiny that you have to choose between a cell phone and your keys! The biggest plus to this bag hopwever, is that Overstock has had the brilliant good sense to have items from Novica to add spice to their World Stock while giving exposure and economical benefits to artists from around the globe. Beautiful lightweight bag.
I wanted a very lightweight cross-body bag for an upcoming trip and this is perfect. It isn't advertised as cross-body, but it works if you want to use it that way. It's true that you can't put a lot into it, but when I'm traveling I don't want to be carrying much weight around on my shoulder, and I want to be hands-free. This was my first purchase from Amazon's worldstock, and I'm very happy with it.

This is a very nice looking bag, unusual design makes a statement with accessories. Only wish the material was a bit tougher. Good looking, but a bit delicate.
