Although it is a nice piece, I'm not sure I would have bought it if I had seen it in person in a store. The price is a tad high- at least it helps the people in Haiti.

I bought several of these for my patio. They are very cheap looking, not folk artsy at all - more like a kindergarten school project. Most have no hangers on back. They look like they are worth .50c a piece, not $$$. Very disappointed.

my pink gecko arrived & I was delighted. It was exactly as advertised, the size was perfect for the tree outside my patio window. I always enjoyed the view of the greenery, but this little guy is bright & colorful & draws the eye to it and the area looks more cheerful. It is well made & nicely painted.

The gecko looks great on my bathroom wall, much better than the picture, which is streaked. I got the idea from a house I looked at to buy. There were 3 "animals"--bigger and different--above the mirror. I can't wait to get the dragonfly and frog.

These little geckos are just so darn cute, I bought three! As others have said, they are small (about 8 inches). They are all cut from the same "mold" but painted differently. They come with one well-attached hook for hanging, but if you want to arrange them in a different pose, you can just hook them to nails using the angles of their bodies. I love that some of the profit from these items goes to support artisans in Haiti, who need our support more than ever. Great additions to our patio!

I keep thinking that one of these Haitian pieces of art will not be "up to snuff" -- but I keep being wrong! I now have the blue frog, and this gorgeous pink gekko. I just ordered the green dragonfly, and wow -- will I have a brilliant wall-full of joyfully decorated art! I hope that every penny generated from this sale will go to help the Haitian people. I am so grateful to benefit from their visionary work.
