I bought this shirt for my husband and he loves it. The weave is intricate and detailed, beautiful detailed workmanship without being "fussy". My guy runs warm and the weight of thiscotton is just right, looks good with a black t-shirt under it too. He says it's soft and comfortable. I like it because it's a step up from super casual but not dressy enough to make him nervous. Note: this is a black shirt but it's not black-black except for the black in the striped panels on the shirt. It doesn't matter to Jim - as long as it works with his black jeans, he is happy. But we ladies all know how many variations there are on the color "black"! So this is black but it has nearly a midnight purple-black tone when it's in light and next to super-black jeans.
