This bowl is beautiful--both the wood and the workmanship. I'm picky and bought it as a gift for a very discriminating friend--and it iwas a hit!

It is difficult to imagine how I managed without this bowl. I have found multiple uses for it (fruit bowl, salad bowl, etc.) and it is very simple to clean. I love the shape of this bowl as well as the interesting way it is scalloped and when not in use, I can place it anywhere and expect to receive lots of compliments on it. Mary
