'My story is really the story of my whole family, beginning with my parents,' says Guatemala's Luisa Villavicencio. 'My father was passionate about growing cotton, a crop that originated with the Maya. We work with only three pure colors. Apart from the crude cotton color, we use a seed known as ixcaco that produces brown cotton. We call our third color jade. All the rest of our colors are a result of combining fibers and threads from these three when weaving the fabric.'

Just my size is just right
I bought this purse a few weeks ago and am so thrilled with it. While the color on the screen shows the color to be gray/blue mine is actually a tan with cream and is beautiful. The sueded leather that trims it and the craftsmanship is exceptional. It is a little deeper than I expected and I have to rummage sometimes to find things but I would buy it again. It does have a small zipper pocket on the inside as well as two small pockets for a phone or other things. There is also a zippered section that runs the width of the purse in the middle.

Leather excellent quality, but cotton poor quality
Overall I would rate my satisfaction with this product as poor. The lining on the inside of the purse is loose and poorly fit to the purse, there is not enough organization compartments in the purse, and the fabric on the outside of the purse and the inside of the purse is very poor and flimsy, it cannot take the weight of the leather trim and handles. The leather on the trim and the handles is excellent quality. I like the leather, but very disappointed in the fabric.
