Story Behind the Art:
This pouf was handmade by skilled men and women artisans from different regions of Marrakesh in Morocco. The process of making this pouf has been passed on from generation to generation. Also as these artisans work closely with designers; they add contemporary twist to their work which makes their products unique and more sophisticated. Some artisans work in a workshop and some work from their homes, especially women who are stay-at-home moms that have skills and like to contribute to the economy while taking care of their children and homes. Making these poufs is helps make a living for these artisans and the more they sell, the more they better the lives of their families.

Color a bit off from online picture. Some seam pulls on side of ottoman. Overall very good product.

This is a great footstool. The photo looks medium blue, but it is a lighter, brighter baby blue.

nice color, a little smelly
The ottoman is exactly as pictured. It looks great in my bedroom. It was packaged pretty well because UPS decided to leave it in the rain when I wasn't home and it faired extremely well. The only thing wrong with it is the smell. It is starting to dissipate, hopefully it will fully go away in the next few weeks. Other than that, a homerun.

nice looking, but smelled awful!
The ottoman had an overwhelming odor...like an animal. My cats were going crazy trying to get into the box and were sniffing the floor where it had been after i put it back in the box. I let it sit on my porch for a few days hoping the smell would lessen, but unfortunately I have to return it. Aside from the odor, it had other flaws. The leather was torn by the stitching and there were several nicks in the leather. I might have overlooked those flaws to spare myself the trouble of returning it if it didn't have such a strange smell.
