I love this necklace! Earlier in the year, I purchased a similar one (same window and balloon motif, but made of pale, pink agate and pearls). Each time I wear it, I am guaranteed compliments. I was, therefore, delighted to find this necklace in deeper, more vibrant colors. Another reviewer mentioned the coloration of the "window" stone -- of course, with natural stones, there will be some variation in color. All I can say is that mine looks like the photo and is a deep, rich carnelian color -- a blend of reddish/brown with an orange-y tint. It's definitely not a primary color orange, but is more of an autumnal shade. Hope this helps . . . .

Rectangular "window" is not vibrant orange at all, which is why I bought it. On arrival it was dull amber at best. I would call it brown with a tinge of orange, which is strange on a black necklace. It's interesting, but I just wanted a nice vibrant color by by face. Not returnable either.

I love unique pieces of jewelry, and this pendant is both unique and lovely! The combination of stone colors were carefully chosen to make the "balloons" stand-out. This piece has a chic, "modern art" feel, and I adore it! The leather thong is easy to clasp and unclasp, so that's a great plus also!
