Story Behind the Art:
Mr. Velasquez started his job as a carpenter with his father in his own house. He has learned from his father how to work with wood and leather. In the 70's the furniture with carved leather was very famous. In the 80's Mr. Velasquez opened his own small factory and started with the export business, but still kept the leather furniture line. Since starting work with Overstock they have opened a new furniture line. The combination of glass and painting included in the furniture give us a very good result. After a year the factory was to small to attain all orders. So they found a new factory with a better location. Now working with 30 employees, they have their own oven for drying the wood. They are very happy that Overstock gave us the possibility to grow up and give him a better life quality.

a luxurious round fabric ottoman
Ottoman weighed lighter than expected. The cushion top is VERY FIRM and the suede-like microfiber fabric gives it a rich feeling. May want to consider a washable cover if you don't like stains that can't be cleaned out.
