About the artist: Rom
My name is Rom Scapinello, but my friends all call me Bank. I was born and raised in Suratthani, one of Thailand's southern provinces. I am the tenth of eleven children. I majored in science and received a bachelor's degree in applied statistics.
My work focuses on Thai style. I often depict the lotus, pipal tree, and Thai flowers, and I've achieved my own artistic identity. I feel very happy when I can create a new design.

I am very pleased with the purchase. The price was good, it looks exactly like the what the website shows it should look like, it was easy to hang on the wall, and the workmanship was good. I have it hanging in my living room - an eclectic setting of sorts - and will purchase another to hang on the same wall. It is unique and I really enjoy looking at it.
