Received this rug within a week of placing order and am very happy with my purchase. Quality , workmanship, and appearance are excellent -- price, truly unbelievable! ...after having shopped around locally (including Bloomies rug dept.) and finding silk rugs way over my budget. The illustration (on my monitor) shows blues - but there are NO blues in this rug, and I was very happy about that. The ivory center motif ends in dark brown on the sides.. The smaller ivory motifs (above and below the center one) end in grey. The ivory color is somewhat darker/warmer than shown. Other than that, the colors are close to the illustration. The colors are muted, harmonious, and the rug looks stunning on a light hardwood floor.

I couldn't believe it when I took this rug out of the package. It's simply outstanding. The quality and workmanship are superb and it's got a lovely drape and feel to it. I came right back to O to order another and see that it's sold out and I'm not surprised. I love this carpet and it is a great value, but even more so, the feel of it is just so nice. Thank you for having this rug. I'll keep it forever.

I was surprised at the olive green in the rug when it arrived. Did not expect that but able to make it work in the room anyway. Thought the color accents would be more neutral... Oh, well.

I purchased this rug for myself. It's so beautiful!!!!!!! It's so great I purchased onr for my son's apartment in AZ. So beside the beauty, we can think of each other daily.

Soft under foot! Nice colors, but not what I expected from the online photo. More green and rust tones than expected. I kept it because I can make it work in a different room. To get a Kilim with silk is unusual, and the price was fair.

We were redoing my son's room and wanted a nice rug that he could sit on to play, made of natural fibers. He loves the softness--the other review was right; it's more like a thick, dense, velour feel--different from the usual thinner rustic wool kilim. The colors are deep browns, very deep purple, dark olive, and dark browny rust, with a small bit of greyish blue. The quality is very nice and well worth the money, I think. The overall effect of the rug is very handsome.

I was surprized by the texture, which was a bit bulkier and more like a thick chenille than I was expecting. The colors are completely different than what's pictured with maroons and purples with yellow khaki highlights giving it a darker, men's sweater-type look, vs. the more mediterranean, lively colors pictured.
