Story Behind the Art:
This bench was handmade in the Judhpur area in the Rajasthan province of India. It was created by local villagers- specifically Mr. Sanjeed and his family. First, they weave the kilim, making it to the exact dimensions and then upholster onto the handmade frame.
What is Worldstock?
The handcrafted touch of artisan skill creates variations in color, size and design. If buying two of the same item, slight differences should be expected. Note: Color discrepancies may occur between this product and your computer screen.

Great bench
I was looking for a fun bench to put at the foot of my bed. This was better than I anticipated. Great choice.

Kilim Bench
The bench was a completely different color than shown in the photo. I returned it. If the color of the fabric means nothing to you, then you will like the bench. It was shipped in a drab olive with some yellow. This color would not work in my decor. I would not order this bench if you are expecting white and blue. Overstock should change its online photo of this product.

Comfy&good looking
First of all, shipping was super quick, it was easy to assemble and is surprisingly comfortable! I bought it for it's looks but it is really getting a lot of use. I may even get a second one for our bedroom.
