I am a big fan of wind chimes. Living in the country as we do, we are fortunate to have lots of mature trees on our property from which to hang chimes. We have done so by hanging chimes from trees in various locations. Each has a different look and a different sound. When I ordered this particular chime, I envisioned hanging it in the front yard. However, when it arrived I found it to be more colorful because of the glass beads -- and I like very much the "dragon fly" aspect of the design. So, instead I decided to hang it in my kitchen window, over the sink in a spot that is quite visible and gets much sun. Thus the colors of the beads are very pretty and the length of the chime perfect in that spot. Very nice. Would recommend to a friend, for sure. Thanks.

I have decided to host a wind-chime party this spring. I have now purchased several and the rules for party handmade if you like or purhcased. Thank you Overstock I'm feeling pretty confident that the one I enter may get some reward but I know I am enjoying immensly.

I bought this for a gift for my daughter, who loves dragonflies. She loves it. It hangs on her patio, and sounds kind of exotic for Iowa. there's not much you can say is wrong with the quality, there are no moving parts, its just designed to sound nice and hang there.

I was looking for a dragonfly wind chime for a very special reason. I loved it as soon as I opened it - the wings were a little different than the photo as were the colors of the beads - but that is what makes them unique. It is not a delicate piece - but just what I wanted!

beads are colorful and bell a nice touch. I hang mine indoors because I don't want it to rust, but it would look nice outside with the sun on the beads.

The bells are pretty, the beads catch the sunlight, and the bells have sweet little sound.

I put this wind chime, which is very gentle, near one of my hummingbird feeders. I was concerned it might bother them, it didn't. It is gentle and soothing.

The dragonflies are less shaped than I expected -- they're more flat than they seem in the picture. One side of each dragonfly is etched with lines to show the wings, etc. The colored beads are pretty and the bell makes a nice tinkling sound.

I have never written a review of anything before, but I was so impressed with the quality of this product, I felt compelled to do so. This item is of a much higher quality than I expected at this price level. I bought this as a gift, and was extremely happy to find that it was so well made and beautiful. The pictures do not do this item justice at all. It is heavy, quality construction and very unique.

They look very nice hanging near my front door. The light reflects off the stones on the string.

Purchased as a gift - very pleased with purchase, although one tiny glass bead arrived broken - not enough to mess with.
