Product Features:
Story Behind the Art
Kazak is an original Afghani design that was woven within that last three decades. These rugs are hand-knotted in the northern part of Afghanistan by the Uzbek and Turkoman women. These impeccable tribal pieces feature six predominate designs. The main colors are always various shades of terracotta and blue. The all-natural vegetable dyes are made from roots, flower petals, and tree bark, giving this rug a natural look and the impression of significance.
What is Worldstock?
The handcrafted touch of artisan skill creates variations in color, size and design. If buying two of the same item, slight differences should be expected. Note: Color discrepancies may occur between this product and your computer screen.
Tip: We recommend the use of a non-skid pad to keep the rug in place on smooth surfaces.

Nice rug, vivid colors; sorry it does not come in a bigger size.

I am very very happy with the little rug. It is a great rug at a great price! The color is a little more red and less orange than it looks on my computer screen. I wish it came in a larger size in addition to the 2x3 -- I would buy it for my dining room!
