Story Behind the Art:
The Kazak design originated from the Caucasus region. This particular rug was reproduced by the Mishra family in Bhodohi, India, made of 100-percent wool and pure vegetable dyes. Mr. Mishra's family helps in the cleaning, washing and dyeing of the wools in their own home.

Beautiful rug
While it is not a super-fine knot count, this rug is beautiful and durable. I have it in my entry foyer. The size 2 x 4 is perfect. I actually received this rug within 24 hrs of my order. Its is a deep red and blue , with very short fringe .
