I gave this rug 3 stars because it is far from red and green. It is a soft teal and soft rust color. However, having said that, the quality is great, very soft and plush. I can use it in a different room than I had originally planned, my 5 yr old grandson's playroom. The rug will be very cushy for him to play on the floor. My advice to rug buyers-be flexible on color. I have bought 8 or 10 rugs from Overstock. the quality has always been there, but not always the color described.
