The workmanship is good, the silver beads give it some sparkle, but the overal color is more dark orange than ruby red. I was disappointed in the color of the stones and the variation in the color. Some are lighter, some are darker. I have seen other rough cut rubies with better color and thought that was what I was getting. I will wear the necklace though but wish I had paid less for it.

My wife has been very happy with the necklace and has gotten compliments on it. We also got the bracelets to allow her to lengthen the necklace when needed.

Beads are big and heavy that makes the necklace looks cheap . Latch is hard to open.
