These look great and appear well made. I ordered 2 of them. One of them was missing the leg pad, but I added new ones anyway to sit on hardwood floor. Once I cleaned with Scott's Liquid Gold, these nightstands look amazing. Needed to let them air out a bit, as there is a bit of smell to them out of the box from the stain/finishing and there was an odd gray dust of some sort that was on parts of them, but cleaned up nicely.
Purchased two of these cabinets to serve as nightstands where room was tight. They arrived well packaged, completely assembled and in excellent condition. These are heavy (40 lbs each piece), well constructed, though somewhat primitive, pieces of furniture. The finish is uniform inside and out. The single drawer lacks drawer glides but fits well and opens smoothly. The closure on the cabinet door is a shaped block of wood that turns on a screw. The door fits well. The only negative comment, and it's not a large negative, is that I wish I had the option of right-hinge and left-hinge doors. All in all, this is a lovely, 100% wood, small cabinet with a million different uses. Very happy.
the product is exactly as described and has held up well. The wood does not appear "cheap". I bought two of these and used them for end tables at each side of my bed. The tables stands somewhat high so it easier to read by lamplight. Note that these tables are small; just enough room for a small clock and a decent reading lamp and that's it.
We got the tea stain, which is the darker brown. The color is beautiful and matches up perfectly with the oil-rubbed bronze accents in our bedroom. This is a small nightstand, so check the dimensions to be sure that it's what you want. In my case, these are the perfect size for a pair of them and a queen bed to fit against the wall in our bedroom. The rustic design is precisely what we wanted, and the solid wood construction is VERY sturdy. I've had my eye on these for over a year and I'm so glad I finally grabbed them!
