I REALLY DIDN'T THINK THIS PRODUCT WOULD BE AS NICE AS IT WAS. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A CUTE LITTLE FIGURINE BUT I WAS TOTALLY WRONG. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!! THE PERSON I GAVE THIS TO AS A GIFT IS VERY MUCH INTO AFRICAN ART AND SHE WAS DELIGHTED WHEN SHE GOT THIS. SHE SAID IT WAS SO UNIQUE AND DIFFERENT. SHE KEEPS ASKING ME WHERE I GOT IT FROM AND I TEASE HER AND SAY GHANA...I DON'T WANT TO BLOW MY GIFT SOURCES!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. IT IS A LITTLE ON THE LARGE SIDE SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ROOM TO PUT IT UP.

I love the statue, it was all I expected. I have it mounted on a sconce next to a shelf in my livingroom, it looks lovely.

Gave this to a relative who was a missionary in Jamaica. She loved it. She also loved reading the story about the african artisan and the impact worldstock has made.

The angels looked really pretty and I thought that they would be a unique touch to my collection of art that I have carefully selected for my newly renovated home. However, I must say that I am dissappointed in the way that the angels look. The wood coloring is not as "rich" as it depicts in the picture and the engravings do not "pop" out as dramatically as they appear. They are not kneeling as the picture shows, they just end in a lump of wood. Overall, I have to say that I am not satisfied with this purchase I am am seriously considering sending them back and purchasing the african masques that I have seen. However, I will give it a week and see if they grow on my, if not, back to the O they go.

These angels on overstock are wonderful!! Add an awesome touch of African art to the holidays and year round!! Highly recommend!!

The statues are lovely. Larger than I expected. However, the ad makes it look like each statue includes 3 figures. WHat you are ordering is actually one praying figure. It shoudl be clarified on the site.

Kudos to the Ghanaian artist who crafted this beautiful angel! The angel arrived very quickly and was very well-packaged in protective wrapping. The lovely angel is exactly as pictured and exactly as described, and now sits atop a tall bookcase. It is a wonderful addition to my growing collection of Ghanaian art and I am now a confirmed Overstock shopper.

I absolutely love the angel I recently bought for my place. It's an excellent decorative piece for my home the only complaint I have is at the time I purchased this piece Overstock only had the black one in stock. So I'm looking to buy the other two colors for other rooms in my home. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

Shipping and packing was great. the only negative thing is that one of the statues was already down to its natural wood in a few spots. The size was excellent, larger than expected. I bought them as a gift but I wouldn't mind a couple for myself if they were a little more affordable.

I thought I purchased a set of 3 but only received 2. Also, the darkest one appears to be black in color, but they are actually dark brown. With that said, they are beautiful and enhance my african motif beautifuly. I would like to receive the thrid one as they appear to be a set,

Looks very nice with my wooden bowl from Ghana. I have both placed on a glass & wroght iron table in my foyer. The item was not expensive, but I feel I got my monies worth. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a simple but unique piece of decor for your home.

The angels were absolutely beautiful!!!!! The workmanship that went into producing this product was amazing!!!! I ordered the mustard and earth tone angels and I have no regrets. I will certainly order from Overstock again!!!

this statue is extremely well made and its bigger than you think it is. i was very surprised at how smooth the wood was and how the colors swirl together. my aunt loved it and i will definitely be ordering more for other family members as well.

I bought two of these for my parents over christmas- they loved them. Other reviewers are right- they seem quite large, so my folks used them on either side of the fireplace... they looked great. No assembly, arrived intact.

I sent this to my brother, and he said it was interesting and beautiful color - and BIG! I didn't know it was so BIG....but, he seemed to like it - I'll find out next time I visit him in Texas if he's just being polite *ha!* But so far, I've been happy with my purchases at the O
