Story Behind the Art:
These bags were made in the island of Bali in a remote village. These villagers work day and night to make these bags and sell them in the market. This is the only source of income for this remote village. The material for these bags are not available all year round. When the rainy season comes, it is really hard to get these materials around the island.

Unique tote.
Bought as a gift but had to do a little touch-up by cutting off loose weavings. I would also think it may need to be sprayed with something to protect it from fraying. Love the idea that it was handmade. Just a little finer tuning would have made a better all around tote. Love the butterfly and good sized tote.
