Story Behind the Art:
This product was handmade in the Judhpur area in the Rajasthan province of India. It was created by local villagers, specifically Mr. Sanjeed and his family. First, they weave the kilim, making it to the exact dimensions and then upholster onto the handmade frame.
What is Worldstock?
The handcrafted touch of artisan skill creates variations in color, size and design. If buying two of the same item, slight differences should be expected. Note: Color discrepancies may occur between this product and your computer screen.

very pleased
this ottoman is a beautiful and interesting piece of furniture. the colors are muted as depicted on the internet picture. it is sturdy. it was delivered quickly, in perfect condition and fully assembled. i didn't even have to screw on the legs. i plan to use this as a "coffee table" in front of my sofa. it will be perfect for that. i don't think that it would be comfortable to sit on for longs periods of time. the fabric is scratchy; it is a kilim after all. and there is not a lot of padding. but these are not issues if you intend to use as an ottoman or table.

When I opened the box and unwrapped the ottoman...I was thrilled ..even more beautiful than the onsite photo. Very well constructed. Exactly what I wanted... and more!!!

Perfect!!
I had been looking for a kilim ottoman for a while. Thought about making my own; then found this one on overstock.com. Looked no more! Fits perfectly with my decor; exactly what I'd been wanting!

Arrived Broken
I would not reccommend this product, though I have to say that Overstock had no problems refunding me my full purchase price right away.. They went above and beyond my expectations. Since it came from India I think that is why it was so poorly packaged. There were huge holes in the box and it wasn't wrapped in anything protective at all.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Very poor. It arrived broken at the legs. Two legs were broken off.
