Story Behind the Art:
This puff ottoman was handmade in the Judhpur area in the Rajasthan province of India. It was created by local villagers- specifically Mr. Sanjeed and his family. First, they weave the kilim, making it to the exact dimensions and then upholster onto the handmade frame.

The handcrafted touch of artisan skill creates variations in color, size and design. If buying two of the same item, slight differences should be expected. Note: Color discrepancies may occur between this product and your computer screen.

Adding character
I am using these puff's as ottomans for some gray rattan chairs. I am going for a blend of texture and color. They are heavy, but I can move them around if needed. Rustic construction with character.

I love this!
I love this ottoman. It is well made and sturdy and comfortable to rest your feet or as extra seating. It adds a unique element to my space. I wasn't crazy about the cloth covered buttons on it, but I repleaced them easily with wooden buttons I found on etsy and it is now perfect.

Cool & Sturdy
I couldn't find a matching ottoman for the leather chair I ordered through Overstock, so I took a chance on this unreviewed Kilim ottoman. I'm glad I did! It arrived quickly and looks just like the picture. It's a tad larger than I expected, but that's a good thing -- it's comfortable to sit on or put your feet on, and the top is flat enough to safely support a beverage. The colors are vivid and evenly dyed, and as far as I can tell the craftsmanship is pretty solid. I'd recommend it! Looks very unique and cool, and it's sturdy enough to be around for a long time.
