This is contemporary art. Its big, beautifully carved, coloration is lovely. A very fine value.

When I first took this out of the box, I thought the color's not as vivid as what's in the photo... But as I'm looking at it more closely, there's a fine coating of dust on it, from all of the carving. The work on this piece is amazing. I'm going to have to pick up some lemon oil. I'm sure that'll bring more of the color out.. It really is a wonderful value. I'm guessing that the beads on the ring at the bottom are also hand-carved and hand painted. At first I thought Fimo, but it's definitely not.. I'd definitely recommend this one. It's very unique and substantial!!!

This mask is awesome! I can't believe how huge it is! Not only in length and in width, but in depth too. Beautiful craftsmanship. I got the orange/brown one. The colors are lighter than they appear on the picture. But I like it that way even better actually. And I can't believe the price! Thank you overstock!

Very large and definitely worth the money. Have paid much more for smaller masks

This was the first item I ever purchased from overstock and I'm impressed. The mask is larger then i expected and is full of great detail. I bought it for a gift and know that she will love it and I'm tempted to order one just for me.

This African mask was my 6th one purchased from Overstock and by far the BEST. This mask is HUGE!!! The craftsmanship is outstanding & characteristics of the mask are awesome! I've never seen ANY mask like this one. The profile is REALLY unique. I loved it so much, that I bought one for my son and his wife for Christmas. It came shipped in a very protective wrap. The overall aesthetic value is "priceless." If you are into African art, you will love this mask. I would highly recommend it. this was amazing. i bought it for a friend's birthday because she was in to African decor. she loved it and was as surprised at it's size as i was. truly was worth the price. the history behind this was also interesting.

I just got my mask last night, and all i can say is wow. It's huge but in a good way. Has a lot of personality to it. It's actually a gift for my brother and his wife for christmas and i think they'll like it. They have a sort of African theme in their house, so this will go really good. One thing i am certain of about this mask, it will get a lot of attention in their house. Can't wait to see their faces when they open it. The mask is huge in every signle way, in lenght and depth, and it's heavy too.
