Needs Better Packaging! I'm glad I opened the box before giving as a gift. When I received the package the box was of adequate size; however they only put one piece of paper to keep everything from rattling around, which did NOT do a good job. It had come apart in several places and we had to put it back together, then tighten the connections so it wouldn't come apart again! While it was a nice product once put back togehter, I feel the manufacturer/shipper could do a MUCH BETTER job in packaging the product so it doesn't get messed up in route.

This item looked a bit more delicate and silver-toned in the photo on the website. It is actually quite heavy brass/metal. In fact, we just had 70 MPH winds in New Mex. and I hung this out to see what it'd do - it barely moved. Also, like another reviewer, it arrived in pieces, which has given me the idea to keep it in pieces and some away as gifts. The colors on the beads are pretty and the symbol itself is nicely done. I just do not think it makes such a good windchime 'as is'. I also think it is a bit overpriced, esp. for Overstock, that usually delivers bargains.

Given as a belated birthday present. Recipient loved it and said it was worth waiting for. Has a lovely tinkling sound.

Wind Chime arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition. It's a large piece that I like very much. The beads and bells are very pretty the black colored Om symbols are big enough to be seen at a distance. I am thinking about buying another one.

The Chime pictured is very pretty but it arrived damaged and several pieces continued to fall off.

That is what I said when I saw it right out of the box WOW and it's BIG, nice bells lovely to look at, if I had to give a gift this would be IT.

I ordered this item for a friend who enjoys all handicrafts from India, and is a Buddhist herself. I am so pleased with this item- it has a lovely wrought iron design with the prettiest multicolored glass beads. The nicest part are the tiny bells (chimes) that make this a wind chime. They have such a delicate, soothing sound. I wish I had ordered a second for myself!

I really like this wind chime. For me I find it hard to find decorations that inspired from my culture and even more hard to find items that are in good shape and not banged up or damaged. Well this item was in excellent shape when I received it and it is beautiful.

A very nice piece. A little heavier and sturdier than I thought it would be.
