Story Behind the Art:
Anu Anu worked as a teacher before turning to her first love, textiles, for a living. She likes the freedom of working for herself and the fact that grading papers is a thing of the past. She works with her husband to produce beautiful scarves and shawls for many people, including Kandahar. She has worked with many of the same artisans for years, and takes as much care with quality control as she does with design. Anu's daughter is an artist who aspires to design fashion clothing some day. The family lives and works in New Delhi, India.

Silk scarf made in India
I give both the product itself and the service provided by Overstock.com a 5 star rating. The scarf is lovely and well made; the colors and design are quite pleasing. The price was attractive. Overstock sent out the item in an efficient manner which is important particularly when one is ordering a product on-line. Customer service is "key"! I would recommend the product to a friend without hesitation.

Scarfs
I ordered two of these scarves. Although they are beautiful in color, the sides of each scarf were frayed. I loved the feel of the fabric and the weight of it. Unfortunately, I'm returning them today. :(

Gorgeous Colors
This scarf looks like a stained glass window, but it's so soft. It feels fantastic around my neck! It arrived quickly, in excellent condition.

Simply Beautiful
I bought 2 scarves for my Mothers-In-Law. This one and the one in red. They are just as beautiful as the women are. Great quality and very soft. They both look so elegant in them. I highly recommend either for yourself or as a gift for the special lady(ies) in your life!

Disappointing
Beautiful colors but smaller and shorter than I expected - also the price for the items quality was probably twice what it should be - if this item were 1/2 the cost I would say it was a goog buy - but not at the price listed for the size and length of the scarf.
