One of the belts arrived broken in two spots. The other belt had rough edges that snagged the dress I was wearing. Ugh. However, the belt is beautiful probably best worn with jeans to avoid the snagging problem. I'm hoping I can have it resoldered to make one bigger belt. It might be worth it. It is not made of silver, but is made of a heavy metal that looks like silver and the stones are interesting. You will not be able to take this belt apart and add or subtract links unless you know how to solder metal. If you wear just one, the stones will show in the back and the chain only will show in the front unless you have a teeny waist. Oh, and Overstock will make it right with the broken belt. Looks great but designed for very skinney women. I am not a large woman but ended up buying two to make one. Would still do it again though. This is my favorite belt. It is really pretty.

I bought 2. One for myself and one as a gift. The first time the gift was worn, the links snapped and broke. The agate cabuchons are nice, but the metal trim has some areas that could easily snag knit wear. The materials seem cheap and the finish is not complete. Priced too high for the quality.

I have now ordered four of these belts. Each one is unique in terms of colors. If your waist is more than twenty-four inches you might consider ordering two belts in order to extend the size of the belt. Variation in the size of the agate links is a testimony to the fact that the belts are handmade and does not distract from their beauty in any way.
