The water spout appears to be of good quality, but the pump itself does not work. The directions were followed with enough time to allow the "air" to escape the tube. I am not impressed

Picture is accurate. His face is sweet and calmly blissful and lovely to look at. He is about 11 1/2 inches in height, 9 1/4 inches wide, and 6 inches deep and heavy! I bought him for the garden, but I appreciate his company in my room.

Although I am not a Buddhist, I find Buddha statues calming; they contribute to a sense of serenity that I find most welcoming. The "pondering Buddha" is one of my favorite poses; I have one such Buddha in my house and purchased this one for the outdoors. It is presently residing in a small water feature. Interestingly, the volcanic ash turns out to absorb water, thus it darkens when it rains, for example. This particular statue has pads that are supposedly "rubberized," which suggests that it is acceptable for outdoor use.
