Story Behind the Art:
COMPARTE (Comercializadora de Productos Artesanales Exportables) is a non-profit organization that exports Chilean handicrafts around the world. As members of IFAT Comparte's mission is to improve the standard of living for owners and employees of Chilean handicraft workshops by promoting and exporting various handmade products of the highest quality while supporting these same artisans through technical and product development assistance programs. Purchasing COMPARTE products helps improve the living conditions of their artisans and craftsmen by paying fair prices and stimulating justice in the workplace of the developing world. The artisans often work from their homes. In some cases adult children work alongside their parents while younger children attend school.

I am very pleased with my purchase, the glass earrings are beautiful. They are just as they were pictured and I love wearing them. I have been looking for something other than gold or silver earrings that could be worn with everything and these blue and green fused glass ones are perfect.

Nowhere near as good as they look on line
Don't waste your money on these earrings. They look like they are made out of plastic and have a clear line between the two colors...very disappointing

Elegant, original earrings!
This was my first pair of glass earrings by the same artist. I found and bought them online at OS. I am delighted by the quality and beauty of these earrings. They look very appropriate during the working hours in any office. They are also great at night for they reflect lights so well. They move gracefully and elegantly when you walk or dance.

Beautiful earrings!
I could not tell what color the metal was on the earrings so I did an on line chat with a male customer service member. After some research he finally told me they were gun metal. When they arrived they were silver! I make some jewelry so I was easily able to change them out.
