This factory is located in the Guangdong region of mainland China. The father is the main person in charge and employs many family members. Day to day operations are run by an aunt while the son is being groomed to take over once his father retires - all of this family greatly adds to the quality and productivity of this factory. Over 300 skilled and non-skilled craftsman work together, passing knowledge and craftsmanship from generation to generation. The working conditions of this group are excellent. The factory provides an excellent lunch each day for the staff. Good service, poor quality
Easy to order, quick to receive, but the product was not as great as the very long blurb on workmanship made it sound. Mass produced and overpriced.

Disappointed
I love shopping on Overstock and am usually pleased with all my purchases. Ordering and shipping is fast and easy. I was disappointed with this item, however. The craftmanship is not as stated in the item description, and seems fragile and cheap. The Chinese calligraphy on the sides of the boxes and graphic on top of the boxes appear to be printed on material, cut, and glued to the box. Avoid these; there are better items for purchase on Overstock.
