This handcrafted item and many others come from a third-generation family-run workshop in mainland China. Their skills have been passed down for many generations. We are proud to support them in their quest to keep their age-old techniques alive for future generations. Many of the artists are hired out of semi-retirement to work from home, training the next generation to become master craftsmen.

attractive screen
I needed an opaque screen in my bedroom to conceal a large plastic dog crate and some dog equipment. I did not want something flimsy that the dog could easily knock over. Overstock.com offers what looks like basically the same room divider in several different patterns, and at slightly different prices; since I did not have a strong preference, I ordered the cheapest one. It will do the trick nicely. It looks great with the mission-style furniture in my bedroom.
- Did the color match the color displayed onsite? It was darker than I expected, and the colors were more muted, as if a colored varnish had been applied.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. It came well packed. It is sturdily constructed and quite heavy.
- How accurate was the sizing? Accurate.
